Refund policy

Section 1: Return and Exchange Policy

Ekin Skin strictly follows mentioned below terms and conditions for return and exchange:

• We try our level best to facilitate our valued customers to exchange their Product (s) purchases made online, under the following terms and conditions.
• The customers are requested to please not accept orders if the parcel is damaged or the seal is opened.
• We do not offer a cash refund, instead, a coupon will be issued in exceptional cases of the same value to E-Store customers only. The coupon will be valid for 7 days & redeemable on E-Store only.

Email us at support@ekinskin.com along with the order ID stating the exchange case. If the product is damaged / missing please email immediately after receiving the parcel. 

• Replacement shall only be entertained if the customer wants to exchange within the same category depending upon the availability of the stock.
• All returns will be inspected upon arrival in our Ekin Skin Online warehouse in Pakistan.
• If the Ekin Skin quality control team finds that the articles were used, mishandled, or not in their original condition then we will not be able to consider the return and exchange.

*Discounted (sale) Items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Section 2: Refund policy

• We do refund in exceptional cases and currently, we do not support a refund policy for cash-on-delivery (COD) orders.
• Refund Process: When a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your Credit/Debit card within 2 weeks.
• Please check with your bank if you have not received a refund in the said period. It may take some time before a refund is posted. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Section 3: Shipping

All nationwide shipments will be charged PKR 250. On return and exchange of your product, the customer should courier the product to the mentioned address: 623 Umer Block Allama Iqbal Town Lahore Punjab Pakistan 54400 mentioning the order number on the parcel.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Kindly note Ekin Skin E-store will bear all the shipping costs if Ekin Skin E-store provides damaged or incomplete orders otherwise customer will have to bear the shipment cost on return and exchange.

Section 4: Lost Shipping Policy

We keep a track record of our customer shipments after dispatch till smooth delivery with the help of our courier service companies. However, we cannot guarantee you the shipment delivery. If your order is not received within 7 days of dispatch kindly contact our customer services department by email (support@ekinskin.com).
